I am writing to express my appreciation for all of the assistance that you provided to my brother, Michael and myself locating and then purchasing our home in Lighthouse Point. You provided to us much information about the neighborhood (and even the neighbors!) which allowed us to make an informed decision on what to pay for this property.
However, your assistance did not end at closing. Right after closing, you came over to help me with obtaining a new telephone account and setting up a utilities account. Even after that, you came over and chased hardware parts for us for some things in need of repair. If that was not enough, you continue to monitor the property for us as we do not live there at this time.
As I am in the real estate field as well, the kind of service that you continue to provide to us is unheard of these days. You always told me that you were always going to be available to help us even after we purchased the home. You continue to prove that each and every day by continuing to advise me about what is going on in the house with the repairmen and turning down the air conditioning when the repairman have it running all of the time!
